Research Use Agreement

By placing an order with GoVida Labs, the purchaser agrees that all materials will be used exclusively for lawful laboratory research and not for human or veterinary use.

Permitted use

Materials may be used only for in vitro or non-clinical laboratory investigation by qualified researchers within a qualified research organization.

Prohibited use

• Administration to humans or animals
• Resale to individuals for personal use
• Use inconsistent with applicable laws or institutional policies

Regulatory review

This agreement will be reviewed by qualified regulatory counsel prior to commercial launch and updated as needed.
